Aristotele, Pol. I 2, 1253 a 37-38: tra δικαιοσύνη, δίκη e δίκαιον

This essay takes into consideration a precise passage from Aristotle’s Politics, Pol. I 2, 1253 37-38, with the aim of analysing the relationship between δικαιοσύνη, δίκη and δίκαιον that is established there: although the subject of justice is traditionally dealt with in other places (e.g. Eth. Nic. V), here we also want to demonstrate the importance of this reference for the theme of human politics, which is the problem that runs through the whole Aristotelian discourse of this section.
